Nothing much normal

— Friday, September 19, 2025 —

The Second Annual Georgetown Steam Plant Science Fair is on Saturday 9/20, and it's free and it's science and I like both those things. Also the Steam Plant itself is a wonder of ancient tech.

The weekly meeting of the Riff Raff League is on Sundays, and it's been a while since I attended. It's invigorating, so maybe this weekend I'll be there.

On Tuesday, lots of very, very short stories will be told at Seattle Open Arts Place.

Have you seen the new park where the viaduct used to be? It's groovier than groovy, and on Thursday, Waterfront Park will be simmering with Native America music.

Nothing much normal in the week's agenda, because normal is boring. If you're brave enough to come along, drop me a note!

 • Please RSVP by the day before.
 • All events are 'Dutch treat'.
 • Please remember the basics of Doug

And if you're planning something or going somewhere, and you'd like a fat man with flatulence to tag along, all invitations will be cheerfully considered, possibly even accepted.
